<p>El tofu es un ingrediente que hasta hace no mucho era un total desconocido en occidente, pero que poco a poco se ha ganado un espacio en las neveras veggies. Rico en proteína, fibra, minerales y vitaminas, el tofu se obtiene mediante la coagulación de la leche soja.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Lo podemos encontrar en multitud de formatos, texturas y variedades, el tofu ya ocupa espacio en los lineales de los supermercados como alternativa a las proteínas de origen animal. En los últimos años es muy común encontrar tofu natural en bloque en cualquier supermercado, además de otros productos derivados del tofu como nuggets, hamburguesas etc. pero las variedades del tofu van mucho más allá; marinado, ahumado, frito, firme, sedoso, fermentado por mencionar algunos.&nbsp;</p>



<p>La versatilidad de este producto hace que sea un ingrediente clave en las dietas veggies, ya que su sabor neutro y los diferentes formatos en las que se encuentra nos da muchísimas posibilidades, desde mezclarse con otros ingredientes en un plato o convertirse en la estrella del plato.&nbsp;</p>



<p>El tofu se marinar el tofu, desmigar, lo puedes encontrar en diferentes texturas y prensados, puedes congelarlo para conseguir una estructura esponjosa al descongelarlo, se puede rallar, se puede batir, trocear y mucho más.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Te recomiendo esta receta para incluir el tofu en tu dieta, ya que es fácil de preparar y además super sabroso. <p>El fondo de la nevera siempre se llena de sobras y no hay nada mejor que usar esas sobras de vegetales y arroz para crear un plato lleno de sabores aromáticos y umami. En este caso desmenuzamos el tofu y lo cocinamos a la plancha para después añadir el resto de ingredientes, para culminar con un buen chorro de salsa de soja y combinar todos los sabores. En definitiva, una receta de aprovechamiento llena proteína.</p>

<p>El scramble de tofu son la versión vegana de los huevos revueltos, es una receta perfecta para disfrutar en cualquier momento sobre una tostada de pan junto a una pequeña ensalada. El tofu se prepara al horno o a la plancha junto a una salsa que tiene todos los ingredientes necesarios para que no eches en falta el sabor del huevo, la clave esta en la sal kala Namak.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Si te sientes aventurero y quieres probar algo diferente te propongo este curry inspirado en la cocina tailandesa que es super cremoso y lleno de sabores aromáticos que te engancharan y lo querrás preparar una y otra vez. El tofu en este caso se añade directamente a la olla y tendrás el curry preparado en muy poco tiempo. Además utiliza ingredientes que se pueden encontrar en la mayoría de supermercados.&nbsp;</p>

<p>El tofu sedoso es una variedad de tofu que es mucho más delicada y que gracias a su textura suave, similar al queso fresco es perfecto para usar en salsas, ensaladas, sopas. Para empezar bien el día te propongo un smoothie lleno de proteína, vitaminas y antioxidantes. Puede que te suene raro incluir tofu en el desayuno, pero eso perfecto para incluir un boost de proteína desde por la mañana.</p>

<p>Una de mis cenas favoritas son estas judías verdes acompañadas de tofu, patata cocida y arroz, se prepara en menos de 30 minutos y siempre esta delicioso. Todos los ingredientes combinan muy bien y añadiendo ajo, jengibre y salsa de soja conseguimos elevar los sabores del plato. A mi me gusta añadir salsa agridulce o sweet chilli y darle ese toque oriental, te animo a probarlo!</p>

<p>El tofu también se puede utilizar en recetas dulces para añadir un extra de proteína, este brownie de chocolate y avellanas es perfecto para disfrutar como un snack entre horas o después de entrenar ene el gym. Tiene una textura que recuerda a la quesada pasiega cantabra. Si te sientes con ganas de algo más, acompañalo con una bola de helado de vainilla, delicioso!</p>

<p>Me confieso adicto al ramen, es de mis comidas preferidas y la verdad es que se puede preparar en muy poco tiempo, aunque el bueno bueno de verdad lleve horas de preparación. Pero en este caso podemos tener un ramen lleno de sabor en menos de 30 minutos. El tofu a la plancha junto al shiitake y otros vegetales calentarán tu cuerpo en esos dias en los que necesitas algo reconfortante al terminar el día.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Desde que descubrí que las masas de empanada de los super suelen ser veganas, esta es mi receta favorita para disfrutar de una buena empanada llena de vegetales y como no el tofu. El tofu de nuevo esta marinado y cocinado al horno previamente. Es una de esas recetas perfectas para preparar cuando tienes visita en casa y quieres sorprender con un plato lleno de sabor.&nbsp;</p>

<p>La combinación del tofu a la plancha glaseado con salsa de soja, el hummus y el pimiento encurtido es mi preferida para preparar sándwiches, es una explosión de sabor que siempre funciona y que es genial para preparar bocatas cuando te vas a hacer una ruta por el monte o a la playa. Recuerda utilizar un buen pan y si lo puedes tostar con un poco de mantequilla para hacerlo un poco más gourmet, ¡mucho mejor!</p>
